'The Vampire Diaries' Video Preview: Is Elena Switching Salvatores?

Elena finally came face-to-face with Stefan on the last episode of The Vampire Diaries, but he told her to go home and give up on him. In this week's episode, "Disturbing Behavior," Elena is back in Mystic Falls and left to deal with the ramifications of meeting Stefan.
